1. Input the Questions

Input as many questions as you like. (Up to about 100 still results in a reasonable filesize.)
Then fill in the "Other Info for the HTML Page".
Then click the "Mail the Quiz Data to iteslj@ge.aitech.ac.jp" button.

Please use 3 UNDERSCORES (___) for blanks.

If you use a QUOTE (") it must be preceeded by a BACKSLASH (\), --> He said \"Hi!\"
